Strange Lvl 0 summoner/Champion bug in game!

I was playing a bot game with my low level friend (Heimerdinger AKA Jellyjamz82), and it was going normal. We were winning of course. but then, I noticed something. Right where MY summoner would be, was a "summoner", that was level 0 (Which is impossible to get), and the champ art was a black box. I don't know how to recreate the bug, I have played other games and haven't had it happen again. Just wanted you all to be aware of it!
