FPS Drop for no reason

Two days ago everthing was fine, I always play on a capped fps (60) and for some reason I started having fps drops. the quality of the game doesnt matter. If I play on highest it's drops and if I play on lowest it drops. Iv'e tried repairing, twice. Iv'e unistalled and reinstalled, I even tried riot's fps troubleshooting. my specs: GTX 970 8 GB of RAM Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 64- bit operating system thanks!

I had a weird freeze yesterday. First time that ever happened in my history of playing League. The game just froze on a still frame for about a minute and a half. Then it resumed as if nothing had happened, besides the free kill that I gave over to the enemy team during that time :D

It hasn't happened again though so I don't know.
