League of Legends Bug 8/5/2015

This bug isn't a major bug but it was slightly annoying. In a recent game i was playing as Nautilus supporting my friend who was Varus. Each and every time i leveled up during that game the arrow above my skills were stacked up and placed in my inventory in three rows. It made it hard to see my items and to get rid of the arrows i had to either alt+tab or use an item. My friend who i was playing with at the time did not experience the bug. The bug didn't affect the outcome of the game but it made the personal experience of the game lackluster. I hope this video will help you find the cause of this bug. I have no way to re-create this bug, because i have no idea how this bug occurred. i have only played this one game for the day and i have been spending my time writing this report in order to fix the problem and restore the game.
