Missing Patch 4.20 Victory/Defeat Banner

After updating to Patch 4.20, I have played several games (against both bots and people) on the new Summoner's Rift, but my end-of-game banner has remained the same as before this patch despite everyone else seeming to have a new one. I have repaired the game with no success, and I am curious as to what I should do to fix this.
