I was playing as Urgot in the Poro King mode in the ARAM map, Howling Abyss and I bought the Phantom Dancer. This is one of the descriptions for the item: UNIQUE PASSIVE - SPECTRAL WALTZ: While within 500 units of a visible enemy champion, you gain 12% bonus movement speed and can move through units. The item's ability to move through units failed when I got stuck between the enemy's inhibitor and my own incoming minion wave. I was unable to move units as the description provided. Please fix this so it does not affect other player's gameplay.
