[GAMEPLAY][TFT] Lucian Assassin not jumping consistently

Hello, just had a game when I built Yuumu on Lucian, and he only jumped 1/2 times. I first thought it was because there were assassin in the opposite team somehow targeting Lucian, but then he didn't jump against Drake. My guess is probably that he was already in aa range, but it's not sure because they were game he was last row and still didn't jump. It also happened more on the right side, though they were instances of it happening on the left side
