My Client Keeps Upgrading From The Old One To The Mew One over and over again

I never stop the updating I just wait till it is finished and usually it takes like 20 - 30 minutes which is fine but, I just want to fix it so if anyone knows about this then please help my soul. I can still play games but, every once and a while it has to upgrade the client again. Its really annoying and it gets slower every time.
