Ranked Games / Promos Bug.

This has happened already 2 times in the past month and i really dont understand what is going on.

(Silver 2 Promos for Silver 1, dispite the earlier games i had in the morning i wasnt on promos . I had one zed game that put me in promos and one game with akali after that that i lost and despite being one loss and not 2 i got promo denied)

I have been playing ranked as normall , climbign and reaching promos and when you lose promos you get a free win next time you try to promote , right? Yes as of now for the third time while i have 1 free win , that means i need 1 more win in 3 games to promote yet i have lost 1 only game and it losses my promotio access ? What is actually going on ?

I get the victory that puts me in promotional games , get the free win from a past lost promo and from 1 defeat , NOT 2 , i still lose promotions ?

Does anyone know if there is a bug with ranked games (again) ?

I mean it is really frustration to lose ranked matches and especially when you have trolls but to lose promos to a bug (at least as i see it because i see nothing working properly in this occasion) because the game mistakenly thinks you have lost twice ?

This has happened 3 times last month but not in the past before this month and i feel like it should be noted .

If i can get an answer to this it would be really appreciated !
