Game won't open

So... I was playing a Normal (Draft Pick) Game. I picked Riven and we were in Champ Select. The game started, but the window of the game never opened, so I was stuck in the "Game is still in progress…" window.[sg-lux-2]

I've had this same bug recently. I can usually reconnect after an attempt or two at opening task manager and killing specifically League of Legends not any of the client or ui render tasks. This should allow the client window to bring up the reconnect button. Usually I can do it before the game finishes loading in but it is incredibly annoying.
