League crashed my entire PC mid game, cant sign back in now

I was mid game of league, it crashed and froze my entire computer, so i had to restart it. After restarting i tried to open league back up to quickly get back into my game but when i tried signing into league it just refuses to connect to the riot servers.

v6.9 Oceania PS. I know for a fact my pc can run league of legends so im not going to bother posting my pc specs.
