Ziggs spells invisiblie

I played an aram 3 days ago with Ziggs (Snowday Skin) and I didn't notice until a few minutes in that I couldn't see any of my spells being casted. Neither could the other team. I had screenshots but I messed them up and couldn't figure out how to upload them.
