Rize Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Hello, Riot

When last rework of rize hit the live servers, there was a bug with rize E spreding and Manaflow Band. When rize spred his E on a campion, doesn't activate Manaflow Band despite the fact that you hit with a spell. After some time Riot fix the problem. Now i see the same problem with Conqueror. When you hit with rize spred E, a campion he doesn't start to stacking up Conqueror.
