Zoe Using Twin Shadows Does not Apply W Speed Boost or Passive Effect [GAMEPLAY]

Whenever I play Zoe and I use Twin Shadows to add more oomph to my w passive and speed boost, I do not get the passive or the speed boost How to Reproduce: 1.) Play Zoe 2.) Level up W 3.) Buy Twin Shadows 4.) Use Twin Shadows and observe what happens

Zoe's W is activated by summoner spells picked up from enemies or from picking up a spell bubble. If you buy an item and use its active, her W will not trigger.

It shouldn't, and never has. Zoe only get the speed/missiles from the bubbles she picks up and casts with W, not from her own active items.
