Jarvan Auto Attacks Bugged

I played Jarvan top lane, and immediately from when I attacked minions until the end of the game, my passive never activated (extra damage on first attack, of course) and the auto attack animation only occurred about 25% of the time. It was really bothering me, even if it's not a bug at the top of the priority list.
