Dark Candy Fiddlesticks Ult Bug

There's been a bug with Dark Candy Fiddlestick's ult for a while now where when he ults it plays the Surprise Party VFX instead of the swirling snow, I don't know how long exactly that this bug has been a thing, but it's happened every time that I've seen the skin.
