bug with all for one

got into a all for one as lulu vs kindred. at level 5 the enemy kindred tired to dive me and when kindreds 3rd auto after using e on me went off i lost connection to the game... i tried closing the client and reopening and it let me go into another que immediately. it didnt give me the option of going back to the game i was already in.
