Hey i tried my mac computer and my pc laptop both and none of them are updating it just says its restarting and then it didnt work so he keeps doing that and i want to know if anyone else is having the same problem thank you

i think ik how to fix it.... u have to go in to ur files and use league off lollauncher.exe and im pretty sure that will fix it

[SOLUTIONS] 1: Set your systems date back to the 10th. One of the threads has tons of people saying it fixxed their issue. 2: Change your region through your folder, and while the region is updating; you'll be able to click the settings widget in the top right and initiate a full repair.
Directions on how i did step 2: I went to my league folder and changed it there. League Of Legends>Config>LeagueClientSettings.yaml Open the "LeagueClientSettings.yaml" with whatever notepad program you use(I use notepad++) After that, you'll want to find "globals". It should look like this.
globals: locale: "en_US" region: "EUW"
Change region to either "NA" or "EUW" then launch the client. (Remember to click save.) After this, I'd recommend you click the settings button in the top right, and initiate a full repair so hopefully the bug won't reoccur.

Yeah I have the same issue, I deleted and re-downloaded the game and it got me in once, then it got the same bug randomly.
Come on Riot, it's saturday for christ sake... i dont want to have to go out and be social 
Open your computer folder go into riot game find lol.launcher.admin and open that and it will patch. At least that what finally worked for me.

I have tried multiple solutions:
None have worked, i'm starting to think it is a problem riot will have to fix. If anyone has any luck let me know. If I try it 5-7 times in a row, I can usually log in and get 1 game before the problem comes back.

Also having the problem, hoping riot figures it out soon, because the missions end and it'd suck if I can't do it because the game doesn't work
ya its not working...did riot issue a partial patch? i dont think we have any recent patches...
hmm i dont even have the new patch file.. latest my lol files go to is 0.0.1.47 ... of course when i buy an IP boost this happens.
Set your System back to August 10. 2017 and try again. It worked.
right-click to the lol-icon and then go to the files of league. when you have done that, doubleclick on the file called lol.launcher.admin. that worked for me :)
I imagine the issue will be resolved soon. I talked to a million different discords and almost everyone has the same problem.
Edit: just change the computer date to 8/10/17. the dude farther down in the thread has more info

same here, when i restarted my laptop and opened league again it was a white screen with an error message on top (-331) "ERR_NETWORK_IO_SUSPENDED" , friend also has the same problems
