Restart the client to log in and when logged in, weird stuff happens

I have been playing league for 2 years and seen many bugs but these bugs annoys me the most. While loading, I have to wait for the people to have 100% (at all of my games) in order to log in. I also need to either restart my pc or the client in order to log in. Secondly, at the start of the game, I randomly walk straight being unable to control my champ and giving firstblood to the opposing team giving them a higher advantage. Not only that, I also gets stucked in my base being unable to walk outside the well. These things happens at most of my games and will really appreciate it if you can help...Thanks!
