So it seems that with lux's E and Gragas Q and even Velkoz Q, If you try to recast them too soon, That it will make them unusable and make them cost 0 mana.

Be careful if you played ranked with them....
Every patch we get more content, more bugs and less fix. patches are supose to fix thing no create new problem. I think Rito forgot what a game is, its like every patch is A BRAND NEW game instead of being the same game that get improoved(fixed not modified). Also skins are a huge problems as they are NEW champs and not just cosmetic. The project Skins clearly shows it off. GG FF AT 20
