"Glitch" that wont let you leave fights.

This "glitch" that occurred twice in my games made it so my champion could not walk out of a fight with minions/champions/jungle/turrets, it made my movement indicator turn red every time I moved, it also made my attacks on quick-cast, and whenever I tried to click anything like, upgrading my abilities, or buying items, or even leaving the game, it just wouldn't do anything. To leave the game I had to turn off my computer manually when I had enough of feeding. It did go away after a little while during my second encounter with this "glitch."

Although it may just have been a bug with those two champions I was playing during those two matches, or it could have just been a fault in my computer.
