Havent earned a Chest from S rank after over 5 games getting an S rank
Idk if its because I'm already Rank 7 on my champ, but I haven't been receiving chests and its quite annoying.

You can only get the chest ONCE per champion per season. So in Season 7 you could only pick up Olaf's chest once. No matter how many more times you get an S on him it will not give another chest. Once Season 8 starts you can get a chest again.
The best thing you can do is make friends with a few people that ALSO main champions good enough where they can regularly get an S with them. For instance, even in a bad game I can get at least an S- on my main. You take turns playing champs you don't have a chest on while 1 person takes a turn playing their main. If you are playing Olaf and your 4 friends are playing champs they don't have chests with you can get all of them chests with your S. Then the next game you can play something you don't have a chest with and 1 of them can play their main and pay you back. Makes chest grinding really easy.
