Game freezes after a few minutes of playing.
Everything started smoothly, we picked our champions and went into the loading screen. After a few minutes I noticed that one of our teammates wasn't loading and I presumed I had crashed as I was talking with friends and they were in the game, when I was still in the loading screen. I closed the LOL process and relaunched the game. I attempted to log in and was greeted with the error 'Servers are busy' I retyped my details and clicked log in again and this time it accepted my details but it took a very long time with the message 'Logging in...' Once I got onto the menu I clicked reconnect and the client closed and the loading screen opened. After a few minutes of looking at a black screen the Firewall message appeared. I clicked retry but nothing worked. I closed the process to try again. The log in was still taking a long time but I managed to load into the game from the loading screen. I played for about 2 minutes then everything froze. I did not receive any message that I had crashed. I couldn't move and everything had frozen. The music still played and the timer still went on. I disconnected to see if that worked, I reconnected and a few minutes later of playing it froze again. I closed the process and began closing other process with it to see if that sorted it. I relaunched the game and yet again the log in took a lot of time. I reconnected and stood still to see if that was the issue. Everything ran smoothly and nothing froze. I typed in the game to tell the other team-mates I was having troubles (Ones I wasn't on skype with) As soon as I pressed enter my game froze. My friends said they received the in game message but I didn't see I had sent it. I closed the game once again and tried running as admin but nothing worked. Sometimes I froze 1 or 2 minutes in, and sometimes I froze 3-4 minutes in. It was completely random. As I mentioned there was no 'Attempting to reconnect..' message or even a bugsplat. It was like I had disconnected but with no messages or warnings. The game finished while I was disconnected, I logged back in to find that I didn't have the 'leave' next to the match history instead it said I was defeated which the team was.
Things I tried:
- Uninstalling LolReplay/LolRecorder
- Repairing the client
- Closing other processes like Dropbox and Steam. I even closed the process which I use for my duel monitors which is called 'DisplayFusion'
- Running the launcher as administrator.
- Deleting the Logitech files in the Riot games folder.
The R3D Log is added as an attachment.
