Non-loading screen

recently i have played games of lol and it would bring me to the loading screen but for everyone it said not connected. i decided that id just close league for a while and try again later. when i came back i had this 20 minute priority que to wait for. Well, i got through that and once again i hit a game that wouldnt load. sadly for me i was in a ranked series and once again got a 20 minute que ban. fix this shit riot.
