Vi Ult bug on Vayne

I was playing ascension as Vi, and i ulted Vayne, and Vayne ulted and tumbled. This made me bug and continue my ult animation, but the ult didnt finish, and i couldnt move or attack, I was just stuck in the Ult animation until I died.
