An unknown error

My launcher works perfectly, i lock in my champ..but when the game starts..they say "An unknown DirectX occured please make sure your video display is up to date.." mine is up to date, but the game won't start..what can i do..i lost 2 games because of that. i am on -3 lp and lost one ranked game right now because of that. For love of god
