[GAMEPLAY] Janna's W bug

Ever since the new patch was out (6.16), as soon as you join a game as Janna, you're granted Zephyrs' animation as well as its passive, even if you didn't level it up. And that's pretty much it.

Edit: Also, after using Zephyr, its passive doesn't go off until the ability comes off cooldown again.
