2 champion capsules in a row not showing up in loot

I just got a second level up where I did not receive a champion capsule, this sucks so bad, i have gotten 0 be since that last capsule i opened 2 levels ago

I'm in the same boat man. Leveled up, got a notification that i received one then when I go to loot they don't show up. Feels bad. Riot please
