Ranked Reward Points for Ward Skin Gone?

So with the new patch, my friend just messaged me that his points for the ward skin have been reset to zero. Baffled, I went and checked my own, and sure enough mine were gone as well. I asked two other people, and theirs are missing as well. All three of them are on separate teams from each other, and one of them along with myself have been on the same team and earned our 75.

Is this a bug with the new patch that reset everyone?
