[game play] singed gets super mana regeneration.

I bought a tear and left my Q [poison trail] on and recalled. As i left the fountain leaving my poison on i noticed that i wasnt loosing mana. That wasnt true, i actually some how had a mana regen of 14-15 per 5. This bug seemed to go away after i flipped an enemy and got a kill. By all means keep this in. :) but i thought you should know.
