[GAME & CRASH] Shop is empty and game crashes on Escape

Issue: Shop is broken - no items to buy + game crashes a lot
I just had a ranked solo game playing Thresh. Other team had the new champion Illaoi. My ADC crashed on entry, while I managed to shop and run to river. Then game crashed (bugsplat). I got back in, and all seemed fine, except ADC was still not in. He showed up eventually saying his game had crashed as well. On my first back I noticed that the shop was broken; it had no items in it and did not show the starter item I had bought. It was displaced to the left, and I could not interact with window (move or close). I could close it pressing P. Same thing if I interacted with shop by clicking the guy on screen. The bug was still there after reconnecting or even restarting LOL (a couple of times). The game crashed a lot as well (bugsplat). In particular it crashed if I hit the Escape key in game to open the game option menu.
I just tried again a custom game, and the shop was still broken - now from the start. Escape resulted still in crash.
