Possible Bug WIth Nami Q and R

Soooo my last couple days playing Nami, my Q and R haven't been casting correctly all the time. Sometimes, my bubble lands directly on me, and other times my ult goes in the exact opposite direction of where I casted it. My bubble seems to sometimes not cast correctly if I'm not using it at max range. I have noticed when these casting problems happen it is usually when my cursor is NEAR my champion, but not directly on it. Either way, it should not be doing this. I should be able to bubble someone if they are a small step in front of me, and use my ult when my champion and cursor are facing the same way. I just wanted this to be noticed to see if there are other Nami players having this problem.
