[GAMEPLAY] Elementalist Lux breaks Game

Every time I play elementalist Lux I have to restart the match because everything breaks.

Shop can Open, but can't purchase anything.
Cannot upgrade or use abilities
Gauge for choosing form is missing
Window appears for when you click on allies or enemies to view their stats, but nothing is selected (will not leave)
Select wheel for pings appears next to above window and does not disappear

Maybe I'm just the only person having this but it's happened every single time and it's only with that particular Lux skin.
