RECONNECT ISSUE

Hi guys/to anyone that may be able to help,

I am currently having a problem with getting into games I am getting into champ select perfectly fine and then dealing with a screen giving me the option of a "Reconnect" button immediately after that it says "Game is still in progress" followed by the Reconnect button showing back up again. I have restarted both the client and my computer and I am unable to get into a game at all. The first time it happened the team surrendered tried another game and the exact same thing has happened.

Wondering if anybody else has had this issue and if anyone is able to give any assistance or shed light on the matter.
