New Account patcher not working

i've created three accounts and the patcher for the first three lvl's is not "patching" i've left it for 1hour and 50 min still nothing just grey "PATCHING" button and when i remove the game it just starts up all the accounts on lvl 1 with none of those first free champs ahri mf yi etc wtf should i do to fix this?
