[GAMEPLAY] Heimerdinger's turrets do not attack enemy inhibs or nexus immediately after placement.

When Heimerdinger places a turret next to an enemy inhibitor or nexus, it does not attack immediately. Several times, the turret waited until the beam attack charge bar was filled before attacking, and several other times it did not attack even after the beam attack charge bar was filled.

Example Steps:

  1. Push up to an enemy inhibitor as Heimerdinger in a custom game with 1 bot (AI).
  2. Set an Evolution Turret close to the enemy inhibitor so it can attack.
  3. Observe the Evolution Turret will either wait until the beam attack is ready before attacking the inhib or it will not attack the inhib at all.
  • This occurred in a custom bot game.
  • The Evolution Turret will prioritize enemy minions over the enemy inhibitor. It seems that if a Turret is sitting next to an inhibitor or nexus without attacking but then an enemy minion comes close, gets killed by the turret, then the turret will begin to attack structures.
  • I didn't notice this behavior with enemy turrets but maybe it occurs there too.

(EDIT) Well, I just tried to repro this and my turrets were attacking right away as intended. When the issue occurred I nearly had a full build. Maybe items had something to do with it? Not sure. ---______---

Did you happen to attack the nexus/inhib or just raw drop it?
