New league client lags my entire computer

First of all i wont to thank you if you are reading this so since the pyke update my computer start lagging on the client not in game just in the client wenne im moving around or in champion select anywone knows why since i dont have a bad computer im kinda confuse

PC specs: Gtx 1070 8g, 2x ddr4 hyperx total ram 16g

I also noticed it. Thought i was imagining things, even the loading screen is taking longer. I also went to test it on pbe and it apparently it is a 8.11 patch bug. I hope they do a hotfix soon.
