[GAMEPLAY]-Can't use spells and abilities

I was and everything was normal until 48th min I got killed by (Not Suprice) and when i respawned all my abilities and spells are little bit gray! I was killed by Baron,then abilities were usable,but spells not! I coudn't use spells 15 minutes (i had and ) Did someone had same problem???
