[GAMEPLAY] Immortal Rek'Sai Tunnel

So I was playing ARAM today and as we were getting into the late game the enemy Rek'Sai created a tunnel which my team couldn't destroy by standing on. We just assumed it was a visual bug and ignored it, but about 8 minutes later she used it to backdoor us and win the game. If you look at the video I attached you can see Miss Fortune getting knocked up right as the tunnel's about to explode, and I think that may have caused the tunnel to behave weirdly.
