[GAMEPLAY] Vladimir-Yasuo bug

I'm relatively new to the game, so I can't be sure if I'm just missing something here. Anyway, as the video shows, Yasuo dives Vlad under turret, Vlad gets a Q off on him before Yasuo kills him and two turret shots later Yasuo dies. What puzzles me tho is that why was Yasuo executed? Can someone explain, or is this a bug?

The Vlad q popped his passive shield, but did not actually deal any damage or cause any effects to go onto Yasuo. So the only things that actually touched him were tower shots. Didn't look like his shield sound played though, so that may be a bug.
