Umm there is a bug in promo

I was playing ranked game in promo to gold but in game when enemy team remaked it shows that i lost a game in promos so i got really tilted so please fix this bug and fix my promo lost...

IF ITS A BUG PLEASE GET ME TO GOLD I LOST PROMO CAUSE OF THIS STUPID BUG
