He can't E over veigars Event Horizon. When he E's he can get:

  1. Grabbed by blitz
  2. Headbutted by Alistar.
  3. Slowed by Nunu

Probably some other stuff too - will update further if this is a bug.

Veigar's event horrizon is scripted to stop dashes once the cage fully forms. Working as intended.

Zac's E is a really fancy dash. So working as intended.
