strange glitch what do

Every now and then i will load into a game and the strangest thing will happen. Once the game starts i find that all of my left click commands require me to double click, and also that very few of my hotkeys work. For example, unlocking the screen, or any pings, i can still "use" the pings, its just randomized which ping i end up using. Has anyone else ever ran into this case before? I have asked several players in every game and it feels like I'm the only one ever dealing with this. And does anyone have any suggestions on how to lower the chances of this happening or stop it altogether? This is a completely randomized event as far as i know, the only indicator i can get before actually having to test my game to know is if all players are 100% loaded and it takes a very long time after that to actually start the game. any feedback would be appreciated greatly
