lol client.exe not responding

So my client the past week has not let me get invited to a game i havent be able to join a lobby or invite my friends to play with me it was working fine with the brand new ranking system they put in and i cant even q up with the old ranking system because lol clinet.exe has stopped responding everytime i try to invite or just q up for a game riot please help need solution

This seems to be a fairly widespread, and literally game breaking, problem. With Riot so focused on their new queue system, they somehow broke the old one.
