I can't go into game after champ select

I just started the game today but after champ select game not goes on the process. after 1sec of black screen, the client came up again and reconnect button available but it doesn't work no matter how many clicks I clicked. I saw lots of articles (?) communities that reporting having the same problem with me, and I tried every solution on the internet and used hextech repair tool to repatch and reinstall, but still not working. plz fix this problem and let me play I am so mad now but I am reporting this bug, trying to stay calm. I need your help ASAP. I don't know how to upload pictures but I captured my situations.

It's a problem with the new update of Bitdefender. Just disable Advanced Threat Defense and your client should launch the game after champ select.

This seem to be a trend since yesterday, i got 4 games were i was 2 mins late because of this bug

I fixed this by disabling my antivirus (bitdefender) and it seemed to fix it, have you tried this? Haven't had it happen again so far; But I have to keep it disabled at all times or it happens again, whitelisting the league client so I don't have to turn it off every time didn't work. Just great..

I played one game today. I've probably been AFK reported for every other game since because of this "problem".

I too have the same problem. I have bitdefender but can't figure out how to disable it. League is a whitelisted program on it tho so I don't see how it's a problem. This really grinds my gears because I'm trying to farm tokens for the event.

Same for me too, only now its progressed. I am stuck currently "in Game" and the home screen is black. Still see my friends list and info bar on the side and the four topics at the top, but all black other than that. Can we please get a good client just once. Once.

If you have BitDefender, that is why you run into these issues. Go to your advanced threat defense and put leagueoflegends.exe as an exception. your welcome!

Same here, are you running bdo minimized ? it's seems its about XIGNCODE3 considered as third party enhancement software..
