New Patch 6.1 summoner spell bug

I know that you are already actively working on resolving this issue, but I thought I would give some info on what might have caused it, for me at least, as I wait for the time penalty to finish...

So this bug has occurred twice today and both times (if I recall correctly) seemed to happen when I was switching from the spell ignite to smite. I clicked on the secondary summoner spell by itself and not the button that let's you choose both spells at once. After selecting smite the screen remains grayed out as if I am still selecting my spell and I am unable to click anything. I can still see what is happening and I can still chat by tabbing into the chat box, but I can longer click on anything.

I hope I was clear on what happened that might have caused it to pop up. Not sure if this is helpful to you guys in any way but I thought some info is better than nothing.
