Can't Connect to TFT games

I've been trying to play a TFT game for the past week and haven't been able to connect. Windows pops up during the loading screen saying that the program isn't responding and asks if i want to close the program or wait for it to respond. Then it asks if i want to make a crash dump file. If i log out or try and restart my computer before reconnecting, the same thing happens. This only happens when I try to play TFT. Also I can't even start a new game since the client says I'm still in game, until I'm assuming the game I've been trying to connect to is done.

Any help would really help! I love the game mode and don't want to be stuck not playing it
