[CLIENT] Champion Select Bug

I was selecting a champ with my desired champ hovered. I clicked the select button and the champ changed. I do not know how to reproduce it. A good example is during one of Cowsep's games when he was forced to go Twisted Fate. This bug has probably been submitted but I would like to let you guys know.
