Sometimes Victory/Defeat do not work .

Sometimes when I play game Defeat/Victory is locked on my champion That hapends before in seson 5 but now is back pls fix it :)

P.S. This is pach 6.16 I dont now it is fixed in 6.17 , because I dont have PBE acc
