Update Stuck scanning files

My league stopped updating at 99% and went down to 0kbps so i restarted it. Now its stuck scanning files its at 15,000 now. Help?

Hey im not gonna lie, i kinda have the same problem and dont have a way to fix it yet, My computer (windows 8.1) just did an update last night and now i cant get the launcher to load up, it says its not compatible, i told it to tun as windows 7 and vista and its still not working. is this a windows problem? or is something going on with the launcher?

Well after unistalling it it twice and re installing it, i fixed my problem, apparently i have to right click and tell it to run as admin, that makes no since because i am the admin on the computer, but hey, what ever works
