Krugs Dying Instantly

I had 3 games today where I killed the large Krug and while the two smaller Krugs were spawning I used an AOE ability which killed those tow spawning Krugs. I believe this was a problem last patch as well and I think a fix was supposed to have gone out for it. It appeared to me to not be fixed still. I do not have a screenshot of it occurring but I can provide those if necessary at a later date when I have the time to go back through those games. I was playing Lee Sin (2 games) and Kha Zix (1 game).
